First Mate, Island, West End, and Bolivar flights may be cancelled and refunded up to 24 hours before your scheduled flight. With less than 24 hours notice, your deposit becomes non-refundable, but we are happy to reschedule to a more suitable time, based on availability, up to one (1) month from the time of your scheduled flight. Cancellations may be made with the link in your confirmation email or with our office over the phone.

Sunset/Sunrise flights must be cancelled with 48 hours or more notice, after which your deposit becomes non-refundable. We are happy to reschedule to a more a suitable time, based on availability, up to one (1) month from the time of your scheduled flight. If we cancel your flight due to weather or other conditions beyond our control, your flight remains refundable and we are happy to reschedule.
